i thought i would share a great (and legal way) to listen to free music.

Daytrotter.com get artists (mostly the indie type) to stop off at their Futureappletree Studio One in downtown Rock Island, Ill when they are driving through on I-80. the bands usually record 4 songs using the instruments that Futureappletree Studio has laying around. they release a new set of 4 songs every week. some of its kinda weird. but some of it is brilliant. personal favorites:

though i, personally have yet to download and listen to them all.

meanwhile, ive been listening to Island


oh and make sure you spice up your day with some indian music (its always fantastic)
